I was given a credit line of 800 2 days ago, I am verified and haven't gotten any emails about any problems with my account but I tried to make a purchase for 9.99 last night and today and I just keep getting an error that says use a different payment method then when I hit the change payment button it sends me to the timeout page. That's happened all morning so I go to log back in through paypal and everything is still normal. What? am i missing something here? HELP!!!!! P.S things ive tried: I changed my preferred payment method from the credit line to my debit card to see if it helped and it didnt I verified my ability to send money I added a debit/credit card I verified my phone
