Hello They referred to me by full name and ive never added a bank account only credit card. I eventually got through to someone at paypal who said this is a standard email sent out when membera hit a certain credit score? Their limits are automatically raised in my opinion to ridiculous amounts. I asked if I can reduce them and was told no they stay as they are? I stressed that this worries me as I only ever use paypal for small amounts (often under £20) and was basically told that the limits are set based on your scori g and if I dont like it could remove my credit card or close my account?? Surely this isnt correct?? It seems ludacris that members arent in control of their maximum funds?? Its not like I want more money 😕 I want to make it more secure! ... View more

Hello! I just got an email stating; "Dear **********, Congratulations! Your withdrawal limit has now been lifted. You can now withdraw unlimited funds from your PayPal account. Please keep in mind that there is a minimum withdrawal amount. For more information, go to ******** To withdraw funds, log in to your account, go to the "Withdraw" subtab of the "My Account" tab and follow the instructions. Yours sincerely, PayPal"   I havent requested anything like this and im now in a panic! ive changed my password not but can you confirm if this is automated or if this means someone tried to access my account? How Long Do Refunds Take?

Hello   So today ebay contacted me to say i was getting a courtesy refund from a dispute thats been going on for a while. They said thats the case now closed.   This is good news which im happy about but theres no sign of the refund on my paypal and its definitely not on my credit card yet.   Does anyone know how long this takes normally? My case still shows as unresolved -"awaiting sellers response" and its been about a week now. Thanks for this - the sellers request for me to cancel the transaction got declined by me today so that case shows as closed now and I sent yet another email with all my info/examples of trying to resolve it. My case is still opened so I'm sure it must be close to the 10/ days so hopefully I can escalate it soon as its really frustrating that the sellers now ignored 4 messages from me asking where I can email the photos to, all I want it to resolve it, even went as far as to say it was for a birthday present which has now passed so there's no need for a replacement as I had to buy them something else anyway ... Help!   First of all - apologies if this has been asked already..   I purchased an item from an overseas seller on eBay which is faulty. On the item description it said for any refunds photographic evidence is required - seems fair enough so i took phots.   I messaged the seller to say the item was faulty and they asked me to return it by recorded delivery. I explained it was their fault and the item description said photos were acceptable, failing that id return it if they were willing to cover postage. They messaged me back saying photos were fine but didnt provide an email address. I asked again.   I opened a case in resolution centre and they sent an email saying a refund would be provided with the item returned and asked me to cancel the purchase which im not doing until i have the refund(please correct me if im wrong).. Since then ive sent the seller 4 messages explaining id previously been asked for photos before the refund and that i still need an email address to send them to - all have been ignored. I feel like the seller is blatantly trying to change the rules to avoid having to refund at all/accept responsibility.   I cant find an email address to escalate through ebay and i cant dispute via paypal as i stil have the case opened with ebay resolution centre...   HELP 😞 ...
