This is a forum and pretty much not moderated. Was your dispute international? If so the time limit is longer I believe. Also have you asked PayPal to help resolve the problem by escalating your dispute to a claim? You can only do this within 20 days of when the dispute was opened. PayPal will investigate the claim and decide the outcome.
