Hi, I sent money as family and friends and it is pending. There is no option for me to cancel it and the recipient cannot refund it. It wasn't a payment for an item so it's stuck now. The recipient is unable to do anything as there is no option available. If I had known it would go as pending I wouldn't have sent it so can paypal hold on to this? My main concern is how to cancel it so I can resend it as a bank transfer which is so much easier on hindsight. This could stay on pending for ages I believe which is mad. Initially i sent £1 to make sure the details were correct. I sent it as family and friends but when I sent the other money I wasn't given the choice so I just assumed it would go as what I had just done. I would be grateful for any help on how to retrieve this money and thank you in advance.
