I got Paypal some time ago for online purchases and do not currently own a Credit card. For some time now I would purchase an item online through paypal and only be required to log in, Paypal would automatically withdraw the required payement from my savings account and the transaction would be completed in an instant. This is how paypal was set up when I first created the account. Now, When I try to make an online purchase, through steam or the league of legends client for example, I would log in get an error: "To complete this payment, add a debit or credit card to your PayPal account. Your card will not be charged unless the transaction amount exceeds your balance." With: "Add a new credit card" right beneath it asking for credit card information. The only thing that has changed in some time is that the bank issued me a new debit card. Is there a way to set paypal to the way it functioned before?
