Hey, so I am a merchant in NY and I use a warehouse in China to send out goods . I have sent out an item to a buyer but she claims she never received it. She never paid insurance for it. It is sent via Airmail can she charge me for it? I don't want to offer a full refund because I know it was sent out. I offered to send her a new item if she pays shipping but she's reluctant and being really nasty about it, but really I am doing everything I can. Help anyone???
