Error that appears: "We can not process your payment using your PayPal account right now. Go back to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)." My PayPal account is verified and I just made a payment earlier during the day but 2 hours later I started getting this error. I tried it on my phone eBay app same error encountered. Move to try it at the eBay website, can't process my payment too. Just what is the problem?? This is not the first time I encountered this error. Other times it automatically resolved itself. Please help! Thank you!
