i second that i have just had same problem used paypal for years and this is my first eva issue and it is a big one as i need the money to send a item a buyer has bought off me on ebay not happy at all hmmm think they need to read section 3 of there T&Cs as they meant to use the FPS plus what extra checks need to be done if both people are on paypal if you go into a bank and pay money into someones account they dont do this stupid if you ask me
