Hi there, I'm having a similar problem. I purchase an item on eBay about 3 days ago but the seller had a problem with his paypal and could not receive the transaction. So I cancelled the payment on paypal just now and I could not see paypal saying anything about the refund. What it says is ''Subject: Cancelled payment'' please share your suggestion thank you
