10 minutes after making a payment though PayPal I go a scam phone call (on my home phone number) from someone with an Indian accent claiming to be from Microsoft support and I had a serious problem with my laptop they needed to help me with. I work in IT and know that Microsoft never ever works like this. It is a well known method of getting people to send their credit card/bank etc details to them so they can steal your money. May be nothing to do with PayPal but it was a coincidence it happened just after I used it for the first time in a long time. Do not think I will be using it again. If this happens to you just hang up....
