Well a couple of hours later I stumble across this thread. I read something along the lines of "seems like you need to be a programmer to get this working". Well after reading this I will be working on my own little form that will you change the postage cost depending on the country picked. Unfortunately it will require the customer to pick the shipping country as I dont think I can retrieve this information from paypal before purchase. Its not ideal but it seems like its the only option at the moment. I'll post up details when im done.
