I bought an item $25 dollars on ebay was using Paypal and add my Wellsfargo credit card into it, then I returned it for a reason. The seller said that he has just sent me back my refund already. So how do I check that I received it or I don't. My second question is, if my refund was processed will it go back to my credit card? the total money I'm using in my Wellsfargo credit card is $400 now, so if I receive my refund back will that amount go down ? thank you
