I was accepted, and it says I have a limited balance until the card arrives.  I would really like to pay a bill before the card gets here, but the place doesn't except Paypal and I need to use the CC number instead.  I was wondering if there's a way I can find the number?  I've looked around my account, but all I can find is the last four digits.  ... I recently sold two items on ebay, and used the muti-order shipping on paypal.  The first label printed fine, like normal, but the second one kept giving me and erroe (something about paypal can't print label), I decided to just leave it alone for a bit, thinking it would fix iteself.  I got busy and just now got around to trying to reprint the label, (I bought it wednesday), and I forgot about the 24hour rule.      I tried to void the label, but now paypal is telling me it can't void because they can't contact the post office.   I actually have a 0 balance in paypal right now because ebay  just took out their fees (ridiculous amount).  I'll have to go to the post office in the morning, which isn't that much of a problem, but I just want to eventually get my $5+ dollars back for the shipping label that paypal would never print.     Is this happening to anyone else? I just sold something on ebay, and only had like $2 in my paypal account, and none in my bank account, and now I guess I'll have to dig up the money to go to the post office and do it there. I have no money which is the reason I sold my well loved ipod in the first place. I need this money to be available BEFORE I can ship the item so I can pay for the label.   When did they start this?  It has only been a month since I've sold something on ebay, and this has NEVER happened.   Once I get this money, I certainly will not be using paypal OR ebay ever again.   I'm tired of everything **bleep**ing changing everytime I turn around.   This new 'rule' is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life. ... I bought something on ebay, but didn't have enoght money in paypal to cover it, so it automatically sent an echeck from my bank account.  There was enough money in there at the time to pay for it, but I forgot about other things being taken out of the bank.  When the check was supposed to clear, it was obviously declined for insufficient funds.  HOWEVER, now I do have money in paypal to cover the item.     Basically, my question is, how do I cancel the echeck transaction and just pay for it with the instant paypal option? ... I read about the paypal credit card, and how if you're approved, your paypal account gets verified, but what if you don't actually want the card?  Could I just go through the application process and if I'm appoved, decline the card and still have the paypal account verified?   It was just a thought. ...
