What should I do if item from a retailer is shipped to the wrong address. I have paid using PayPal. I have contacted them and they want more money (shipping cost) to ship a replacement item to me. It is a sample and additional cost makes item well over its value. I contacted PayPal and they are waiting on a response from the seller.
