Out of nowhere my Paypal account will not let me p...

I just created my Paypal account last week, and I have sent about 4 payments to family and friends. I had no trouble sending money until this very day and this came up   "Some payment methods are not available for this transaction.   • Credit Card - This payment cannot be funded with a credit card."   And below this, a message that states "This payment can only be funded with eCheck."   I had heard that this might be because my card might be expiring, but my card doesn't expire for 4 years. I don't understand where out of nowhere I would not be able to use my credit card, and this really angers me. I need to send money to a friend who made artwork for me and it made me use an echeck with got me very mad today. At first, it wanted me to use a credit card but it was making me have a fee, when previously i hadn't ever had a fee charge, then after trying to fix the issue it went straight to echeck, after i sent the payment (now i have to wait til the 25th for it to clear) I checked to make sure it might have been because i removed a credit card or something, but all of my information was correct and unchanged. I just want a solid answer on this issue because I have been seeing this happen to many people.   I tried to email Paypal but all I got was an automated response with links that were of no help to me.
