So I purchased something off of ebay with a guest paypal account and little did I know I already had a paypal with the email address I used with the guest account and I haven't gotten my item and it's been a week already. The usps tracker shows that it has already been delivered but nothing. And I cant even open a dispute because the transaction doesn't show up on my account history. Any ideas?
