Barry, I don't think you have answered Pete's question correctly. Pete was asking how you differentiate between national and international customers. Example. Buyer 1 from the US purchases an item costing $50.00 shipping to the US costs $6.00 so the total would be $56.00 Buyer 2 from the UK purchases the same product but the shipping costs $26.50 making the total $76.50. There is no option in the button factory to set different amounts for national or international customers and the postage calculations under selling preferences only allows you to set postage based on transaction amount or percentage NOT by country.
