Can you offer any advice for me as I have a similar but not the same problem. I bought an ipod off ebay and as soon as it arrived I informed the seller that it was faulty. I contacted the seller and asked for a refund. They said they would send a replacement but I said again that I wanted a refund. I then sent the ipod back (with tracking from the Post Office on it). I let the seller know when I had sent it and asked for a refund when I could see that they had signed for it. Approx 10 days later a replacement ipod was sent on to me. I immediately asked the seller why when I had asked for a refund. The seller then informed me that they have in their terms and conditions that they send replacements not refunds. I contacted the seller again and said that at no time had I said that I would accept a refund and the item sent was faulty. The seller then told me to contact ebay but guess what...we are now 45 days from the purchase date and ebay will not help. Any advice what to do? Is there a way that you know that paypal can help?
