Hi I recently tried to send some money overseas from my paypal account using Western Union (cheaper than Money gram). So I transferred the funds from my bank account t my paypal account then used my paypal mastercard to make the payment via the western union web site (the recipient cant use paypal). The funds were deducted from my paypal account but the transfer was actually declined by western union. So, I rang western union to complain and they said that because the transfer failed bu didnt give a reason, they said the money will be refunded back to my paypal account - any idea how long these refunds can take ? thanks
