On the 1st may a seller cancelled an ebay transaction and refunded my payment, there has been no acknowledgement on my account, after a week I called PayPal and was told it was showing as pending on their system and it was due to clear into mine on 9/10th may... .after still receiving nothing I emailed on the 15th and have no response I have emailed again this morning, if I go to open a dispute it is saying "it looks like you've already been refunded for this item..." So I am worried about carrying on the opening of the dispute in case PayPal close it thinking I have already been refunded... The seller claims he called them also and was told they are having problems with some refunds at the moment and unfortunately this is one of them but it has been going on almost a month and I am starting to lose a lot of patients... Anyone else had this and managed to get it sorted?
