So let me start off by saying, I'm not quite sure if this was the right place to post this but, it was the only place related to payment anything I could find. So pretty much what happened is I sent money to a person for a service using a prepaid - vanilla visa giftcard. Within a day they refunded me for whatever reason, and I also did not receive the service. It's been two days since, and nothing has shown up in my paypal balance, nor my giftcard balance. They told me I'm the idiot because they sent the money back, and that I had told them the sent payment shows refunded. But I still have not received any of my money back. Can anyone shed light on why this is? Do I need to wait longer before doing anything? Please help
