I have recently sold 15 swarovski items, all in used and not MINT condition, i advised the buyer of a chip in the ear of a monkey, she had asked if she could cover with foundation, or that if she displayed it poss be OK, i offered before packing to remove it, she declined, now i get a message saying another 12 items are damaged, i have pictures off packing and in various stages of packing large box, she was very friendly overly so, i should have realised something was amiss, i believe my items have been switched,, how do i prove it and not lose money,,,,, where is help for sellers
