Hello, I just won an ebay auction and went to pay, and was told then that I was over my limit and needed to verify(would it have killed yall to send out an automated email when I was within 100 dollars of the limit so I could have avoided this entirely?). I started the bank account verification today, waiting on the 2 deposits. But it also says because my transaction declined I need to send paypal photo ID with my name and address and proof of address, like a copy of a bill, to remove limits from my account. I thought that's what the bank verification was for? If my bank account verifys will the other two things go away?? Here's my problem: I am a college student living in an apartment for the year; my address changes yearly. My driver's license lists my parent's address, which I visit once a year and don't want packages going to and it is also not the address on file with my bank, so my license doesn't verify my address. I don't want to have to pay 15 bucks for a new license before it expires to use my paypal account. Also, it's going to be a while before I have a bill for proof of address because all my things are paperless and it says online bills don't count. By the time I change to paper bills and get one in the mail in a few weeks, and go get a new license, the 7 days to pay for my ebay purchase will be up. FINAL QUESTION: Will I be able to pay the seller when the bank account is verified in 2-3 days or do I have to do all those other things too?
