Hello, I purchased an article through Paypal two months ago and sent the article back approximately five days after purchase. I was in touch with the company I purchased from and was given a return material authorization number and a contact person. I was in contact with that person a week ago and he said he was in touch with finance and that a refund would be made to Paypal. My question is, how long should this take for a refund as it has been two months since the item was returned. Any and all assistance would be appreciated.
