I used Paypal once a few years ago and many things have changed such as the payment option I used. Last time, I had used a Vanilla Visa Gift Card I purchased at my local Walgreens and linked it to my profile. I made a purchase with a user on etsy.com and everything went smoothly. Today, I attempted to link one of my Vanilla Visa Gift Cards but it appears that it failed. Given that I do not have a credit/debit card, this is my only payment option unless there are Paypal or eBay gift cards I can find locally and not online. I wish to purchase an item from eBay and my only payment option seems to have failed. Is there a way to still use this Vanilla Visa Gift Card with Paypal so I may purchase items from eBay or are there Paypal or eBay gift cards I may find locally. Thank you -Yu
