I am a Dj on the west coast. Last August An internet entertainment service contacted me to see if I would DJ a wedding for one of their customers. After reviewing the information they sent describing details involved, I agreed to provide my services. My fee for this gig was discussed and mutually agreed upon for a total amount of $250.00. On August 22nd, 2009 I arrived at the correct address on time and gave service without incident or complaint. On 11/07/2009 I provided services for a wedding that the same entertainment company. An agreement was reached between myself and buyer including my fee of $200.00. On 12/12/2009 I provided services for a company event as requested by the entertainment company. The agreed fee for my services was $200.00. All three gigs went to completion without incident or complaint. I made numerous phone calls (averaging 3 a week) from September 2009 to present day requesting payment for services rendered. As of February 10th 2010, many promises of payments were offered but NO PAYMENT WAS MADE! On 02/11/2010 I was contacted by entertainment company to see if I was available and could DJ a wedding for them. After reviewing all information they provided I agreed to DJ the wedding only with the condition that all past due payments owed to me be paid in full prior to wedding gig start. The ent. company instructed me to submit a payment request through paypal for each open account starting with the oldest past due account. It was received and paid immediately so I sent a payment request for the balance past due amount of $400.00. I also left a voice mail with them reinterating that I will not accept more work unless past due balances are paid. So instead of doing the right thing and bring the account current, they filed a claim against their payment of $250.00 and they are stating that the reason is I did not provide any service. However I keep meticulous records and have proof that I did work at all three gigs without complaint or incident. The message in my claim information was paypal needed additional information but after following the link it only gives me 3 choices all of which are for an item not service. Where do I go to submit requested info pertaining to a service purchase-no an item purchase?
