Hi all, I've come to the forums as Paypal so far have not been very helpful with this matter. We sell through our website, and take payments through Paypal. Someone spent £123 with us last week, I log into Paypal on Monday to find that the amount had mysteriously been reversed to the customer without any of our authorisation. Now the customer has £123 worth of goods and they're money back, what on earth do we do? I spoke to Paypal on Monday, in which the advisor said that it didn't seem like anything suspicious has happened, although they will look into it and see if there's anything they can do... What kind of customer service is that supposed to be and how is that even attempting to get our money back... Regards,
