Hi, I have recently been having issues with paypal. I had accidentally made a transaction to someone for money, I had contacted the person that recieved the money and explained it was a misstake, Him understanding the situation immidiately refunded my money back in a full refund. Next day paypal emails me saying since I am not 18 (never informed you have to be 18 to use paypal) therefore saying they will not allow me to get my money back till 180 days when i do turn 18. I understand its my fault for not knowing you have to be 18 but i dont see how paypal is able to hold money that belongs to me, i may be half a year shy of 18 but that does not mean i dont have my own bills to pay. I would love if anyone could inform me any possible way for getting my money back or i am being scammed from paypal, when accidental payment was sent it was through my bank account that is also under a parents name (oviously over 18). any help anyone?
