An eBay seller refunded my Paypal payment - it showed as pending for a few days and then just disappeared so I have not received the money. The "refund" does not show at all, not as pending, failed, or removed. The original payment shows in my transaction history and the related ebay transaction still shows the money as refunded. Can sellers just cancel a pending refund? How do I get my money back - is it best to pursue this via eBay or Paypal?
