My question is does anybody was able to withdraw the money from PayPal account via ATM in U.S. without paying the annoing surcharges? I know that PayPal charges $1 fee per withdrawal, but I just paid $3 for getting my money via ATM that has a logo SURCHARGE FREE ALLIANCE (I asked and they said that PayPal is not a member of the alliance... sigh ) Plus the limit per 'withdrawal from checking' transaction was $200. I actually wanted to withdraw my daily limit $400, but I didn't want to pay the mentioned $3 twice since 3+3=6. NO WAY JOSE! I live in Chicago and there are thousands ATM's. But which one is PayPal Mastercard friendly? 🙂
