i have a new ebay account and im trying to get verified,every time i try to add bank account it just says sorry an error occured but no explanation,ive tried 2 different accounts many times but no luck,ive tried ringing paypal but cant get to speak to anyone,when i go through the voice options,i get through to the bit where i say need to add bank account but as soon as i say the word add the phone cuts off ive rang about 20 times and the same thing keeps happenning ,can you help
