I had this Error code: 70165 11068 as well. I couldn't check out. I tried contacting them and paypal. No answers. I can say I got the Item Cheap and the user had a zero feedback. Maybe Paypal detected fraud of some kind. Why the hell doesnt Pay Pal just give us an answer, do things always need to be this hard.
