I have been trying for two years to have our contact name changed. I had given up but now really need to get this old name and ssn removed from the account. I uploaded all the information again two months ago. No contact from PP at all. I phoned and they said they wanted additional information. I uploaded exactly what they asked for and no response. I have been on hold for an hour to talk to a higher level person. This just isn't right. Non profit organizations need to be able to change their contact person as board members and employees change.
