I have been trying for two years to have our contact name changed. I had given up but now really need to get this old name and ssn removed from the account. I uploaded all the information again two months ago. No contact from PP at all. I phoned and they said they wanted additional information. I uploaded exactly what they asked for and no response. I have been on hold for an hour to talk to a higher level person. This just isn't right. Non profit organizations need to be able to change their contact person as board members and employees change. The name of the organization and the federal id number are not changing just the contact person and thier required soc sec number.
