Hello! I have no trouble logging in to my Paypal account through the website but when I try and log in through the downloaded apps on my iPhone or my android tablet I get asked to "please add the number on your security key to the end of the password to log in". I have no idea what they mean. I have tried contacting their help line but couldn't get through to a real person and the droids I spoke to hadn't been programmed to deal with this issue apparently!! Grateful for any help with this!
