Smart Connect and Bill Me Later are two different products. Both offer lines of credit. I believe that Smart Connect was intended for eBay Sellers. You will either see promotional financing on a specific item or if the item is over $199.00 USD, a basic, low monthly payments message will automatically appear allowing you to choose your payment schedule.
