Found the problem and my money is going to be credited in 2 to 5 business days. Thank's again for your help and this looks like one less thing I need to be concerned about.

Hopefully I can get some answers by Monday. Between this and other major stresses, just starting to feel worn down. My friend had to wait a month or so for his refund, which is why I ended up waiting a month before asking questions. I wish it gets resolved but I should accept that nothing is going to happen. Thanks again for your help

The seller did refund and I hope to have the transaction number from said refund on monday; I just talked to them again. Two I have been trying to find out what happened since April 3rd from the dispute resolution center with only automated responses and a confusing customer service. I waited this long because of other people saying it could take up to a month. They want to ignore my emails about things, then fine that is their choice. But to ignore things long enough to the point that it bypasses their own time limit I think is unfair and unethical.

I think AOL in the 90's has been easier to deal with than Paypal so far. Can't figure out how to get someone who is not a recording on their phone service. Do I just give up on the money then? Do I file a complaint with the BBB or someone else? Really close to the point of saying I no longer wish to deal with this company, even if it means I no longer buy stuff from eBay or other corporations which only use this company. Thank you for your help but it seems I am just going to be out the money and Paypal burns another customer.

I have not bought anything using Paypal since February 20th. The refund never showed back up on the card, it also never showed up on my Paypal account balance. My card's balance is emailed to me daily so I know how much is on it at any given time. My Paypal balance has sat at 0 since I bought a 20 dollar item off of eBay on the 20th of February. The refund according to Bass Pro was sent March 1st. That is 9 days later than my last purchase. Every few days I check my account to see if there has been any change and thus far nothing. I'm just getting to the point of frustation with all of this but I do not want to call this a loss just yet.

I ordered an item from Bass Pro in February using my Paypal account. I ended up returning the item in late February and was told it would be credited back to my Paypal account within 5 to 10 business days. I waited a month and nothing ever showed up. I sent an email to Bass Pro about the refund and they said it had been issued. I then sent an email to Paypal asking for some answers and received only the automated response. Waited a couple of more days hoping that that was not all that would be sent to be but it was. I tried again on the 7th of April and again got the same automated Email. I replied to that email like it said to do if my questions were not answered. A response never came from that email. I tried muddling my way through the automated phone service and got a little frustrated with it and not able to find out how to contact a living person. After that I contacted Bass Pro and promptly reached a living person. I asked them when the refund was issued and they told me they put it through on March 1st 2013 and it was listed as successful. I am at a loss on how to get my money back since it has been well over a month and a half since the refund was issued and nothing has come through Paypal. At what point do I give up on ever getting my money refunded to me because right now my patience with Paypal has worn thin.
