I've requested to have funds added to my paypal account via my bank account. Online says the transaction is still processing; however, I received an email that says my requests was declined. The email stated: Your recent PayPal transaction was declined because you have not linked a payment method to your account. I followed the direction the email provided to ensure that we have linked a payment method to the account. I have no idea what the problem it. My account info is listed correctly, been verified and I even added funds to my paypal account 2 months ago from this same bank account and had no trouble at all. Anyone else ever have this problem?
