Hi there I won an ipod on ebay costing £69 in total...I went to pay with paypal straight away, then the seller informed me that their regestered email address wasnt correct and they couldnt claim the funds....Fair enough it said unclaimed on the activity list so I clicked the cancel option to refund my payment so that I could resend the payment to the correct email address which the seller had now rectified......But then I find that my 69 pounds refund is placed on temporary hold so I cant remake the payment unless i pay again which I am reluctant to do!!! The funds have left my bank account and the refund is still on hold its now 5 days since I made the initial payment....not happy, how long is this going to go on for cos at the moment I am 69 pounds out of pocket!!! I still want the ipod and the seller is now getting twitchy!! That 69 pounds belongs to me, so what happens now? Regards Paul (tazzo333)
