Just got off the phone with PayPal, apparently it's a system fault and there's nothing they can do. Needed this money today to pay for my nieces engagement party tonight, a lot of people will be unhappy, THANKS PAYPAL. Currently looking for alternative to PayPal, anybody know of good alternatives?
