I have tried about 15 times to reach the form to apply for a Pro Account in vain. Paypal keeps on taking me back to the login page where I need to enter my ID and password for the umpteenth time... I have a business verified account with Paypal and I now need to set up a way to accept credit card payments and mail orders as Paypal out of the EU is so difficult for my clients. Can anyone help and tell me where this form is or how I can apply without this hassle? Thank you
