It's robza171 here. I've managed to link my debit card to paypal FINALLY. First National Bank and Bank Gaborone don't support paypal yet but I have had just had success linking my Barclays account to PayPal. I have yet to work out how to withdraw money to my card (debit) but I will keep you updated Beth.
