I had forgotten my password and couldn't get into my account despite trying to get a password reminder I couldn't get through. Anyhow in the end I add to open a new account, now I have two accounts with the same email address and bank account. I had some money refunded but it has gone into my oldest account, because I can't into it, I can't get the money!!
