Hi there. I would really appreciate it a lot if someone could advise me on how long I should wait before I can use the new debit visa card that I added into my account? Initially, I was using another card for several years that I have been a member of PayPal. I had no problems using that one. However, I decided to add another card (Visa Debit Card) as a form of payment. I just added it today (Saturday here) and I have heard conflicting answers regarding my query. Some said that I could use it right away, while others said I have to wait a few days. Still, others said I have to wait until I get a code from my bank statement / online banking etc? So I'm a little confused about this. I wanted to purchase something as soon as possible so I was hoping somebody here would be able to help me out. Thank you very much.
