i have the same problem with trying to add a card that was previously on paypal that needed updating but i forgot and it was removed and now everytime i try to add my card to the account it says "This bank account is already registered in your PayPal account"....i only had to update the expiry date and new security code but as we all no things slip our mind. if anyone can help it will be appreciated
