Then, wait one week and re-open the PP accounts for the email address you wanted to use... Or, a quicker approach is to just use your own cell phone bill in your name as a utility bill at your parent's house and open a new email from www.outlook.com or www.gmail.com to use as your new PP account. Many businesses are fighting identity fraud harder now and your complaining makes you sound like a person looking for holes to exploit for fraud.
