Hi, need some advice regarding what seems like a dodgy transaction received via my website. Earlier today buyer purchased a car ecu repair service via my website for £49.99 paid by paypal. This service requires buyer to post his faulty part to us,we repair and post back to buyer. Sold hundreds of these in past and had no problems. However, this buyer has a non working email address and no other means of contact so it is impossible to email him our postal address telling him where to post his faulty part to. There are reasons which I won't go into here why I believe this to be a malicious buyer, but suffice to say this buyers email address has flagged suspicions it may be somone trying to cause problems. Have just emailed paypal asking for advice but quite frankly they don't seem interested in helping sellers, only buyers. Anyone have any ideas what I should do when a buyer gives a non working email address??
