I Have Purchased A Phone On EBay On march 13, 2013 and its now march 20, 2013 and my item still say it Has not been shipped, the seller will not respond to any of my messages, I tried goin to the resolution center to get a refund but it say I paid wit pay pal and I didn't so how can I get my refund?
