Same thing just happened with me. I bought about $20.00 worth of items from tmart.com, and after 3 weeks the items still hadn't arrived. I contacted the seller and they told me to wait 45 days to see if items arrive late, because they were shipped from China. After 45 days, no items. So I file a ticket with tmart.com, and they just ignore it now. They refuse to give me a refund. Then I go to PayPal to file a dispute, and now I see why they told me to wait 45 days. I feel so stupid, how they tricked me. I am confident they are a fraudulent operation, and PayPal should have blocked them a long time ago. If you Google for "tmart.com didn't ship my item", you will see there are tons of people with the same problem. So now more than 10 weeks have passed, I never received my items after all that time wasted, I lost $20.00, and PayPal still doesn't lock the account of this fraudulent company.
