I recently made an invoice for a customer, and they sent me an email saying the sent the money, but my paypal still shows $0.00. They sent that email about 5 hours ago, and still nothing. The videos and information on paypals help center seems to say that the money should show up in my account pretty quickly. I did get an email from "PayPal" but I'm not sure if its fake or not. It looks pretty real with PayPal logos and such, but my invoice is tweak a little (the pricing was separated out and shipping charges added, still the same total price though). It is saying that I will be credited once I email PayPal the shipment codes or tracking numbers. Here are parts of the email I copied and pasted directly: Thanks for using PayPal. You can now send any item. Transaction details confirmed. It may take a few moments for this transaction to appear in your account. PLEASE NOTE: Once the Shipment Bar Code has been sent to us and shipment verified which is within the next 24 hours. You will receive a "CONFIRMATION EMAIL" from PayPal® informing you that the Money has been credited. Seller Protection - Eligible Please send us email. This mailbox is monitored and you will receive a response. For assistance, This PayPal® payment has been deducted from the buyer's account and has been "APPROVED" but will not be credited to your account until the Shipment Bar Code is sent to us for shipment verification so as to secure both the buyer and the seller from possible fraud. Here are the necessary information needed from you befo5re your account will be credited. The tracking number of shipment and your PayPal ID. Send tracking number to us or email us through this mail (paypal at fundsreview . com) and our customer service care will attend to you.. That last paragraph has some grammar and punctuation issues too. "Please send us email" and then "Here are the necessary information needed from you befo5re..." So any help is greatly appreciated. I don't want to send my item until I know the money is real and was actually sent.
