It seems that Paypal are becoming as bad as high street banks. I paid for something, not on ebay, the money was taken by DD from my account and a few days later the seller gave a refund. the refund is showing with a temporary hold. When I spoke to paypal all they said was, it's in our terms of agreement. I have never heard of any organisation holding money for this reason before. It seems just another way of paypal making even more money from us. The only thing to do is not use paypal, but then how much more difficult will it be to make payments? Paypal need to start to think about customer service a bit more.
